Terms of Use

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the public Review Dingo website, automated audit experiences, calculators, inquiry forms, booking links, and other public resources that link to them. By using one of these resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the resource.

Paid services are governed by a separate proposal, scope, order form, service agreement, or similar written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls for the paid service.

2. Business use and authority

Review Dingo's services are intended for businesses and people authorized to act for them. You must provide accurate information and may submit or connect a business profile only when you have authority to do so. You are responsible for confirming that the information and permissions you provide are appropriate for your organization.

3. Audits, reports, and recommendations

An audit is an automated diagnostic based on public information, selected inputs, connected data when expressly authorized, third-party sources, and conditions at the time of the scan. Reports may include estimates, comparisons, generated summaries, and recommendations. They can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and are not a guarantee of ranking, visibility, review volume, leads, sales, revenue, verification, reinstatement, or any other outcome.

A no-access audit may use a public business listing, category, keywords, and geographic area selected by the visitor. A connected audit may request access to specified Google Business Profile information. The connected audit should request only the permissions needed for the disclosed analysis. You may decline the connection and use the available no-access path instead.

4. Inquiries, pricing, and service selection

Submitting an audit, inquiry, booking request, or service selection does not create a client relationship or require Review Dingo to accept an engagement. Website prices describe standard or starting scopes unless stated otherwise. Review Dingo will confirm eligibility, location count, scope, exclusions, timing, and the applicable agreement before requesting payment.

The standard Managed Website offer is an initial commitment of 12 monthly payments of $249, or $2,988 in total. Its published early-transfer calculation, post-term cancellation treatment, and transfer boundaries are summarized on the Managed Website service page. The signed service agreement identifies the billing dates, notice method, cure period, deliverables, exclusions, and any approved custom scope and controls if it conflicts with a public summary.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use a Review Dingo resource to:

• break a law, platform policy, or another person's rights;
• access, connect, or submit a business, profile, account, or personal information without authorization;
• interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities, overload a service, introduce malicious code, or attempt to bypass access controls;
• copy, scrape, resell, frame, or systematically extract a resource or report except as permitted in writing or by applicable law; or
• create fake reviews, review-gate customers, suppress critical feedback, or otherwise misuse a review or listing platform.

6. Information you submit

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You authorize Review Dingo and its service providers to process that information as reasonably necessary to provide the requested audit, response, meeting, or service and as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification, protected health information, or sensitive customer records through a general inquiry or audit field.

7. Intellectual property

Review Dingo and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding, original content, design, and supporting materials. Subject to these terms, you may use a report delivered for your business for internal evaluation. No other license is granted unless stated in writing. Third-party names, maps, data, marks, and platforms remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party services and availability

The website may link to or rely on third-party audit, mapping, scheduling, conferencing, email, hosting, payment, review, directory, and platform services. Review Dingo does not control their availability, policies, decisions, or data. A link or integration does not imply ownership or endorsement. Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation language

The website, audits, and public resources are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. The separate Disclaimer provides additional expectations for audits, calculators, platform-dependent services, and results.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, suspension, and contact

Review Dingo may protect, suspend, or limit a public resource when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention. These terms show their last-updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law or a separate agreement requires otherwise.
