Affiliate Program Terms

Notice issued August 1, 2026: the prior 30% schedule remains in effect through August 31. The revised 20% managed-services program takes effect September 1, 2026.

Last updated August 1, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern participation in the Review Dingo affiliate program. Participation requires acceptance by Review Dingo and compliance with these terms. Review Dingo may accept, decline, suspend, or end participation to protect customers, the brand, or the program.

New affiliate approvals are paused from August 1 through August 31, 2026. An application received during that period may be held for later review, but it does not create an approved affiliate relationship or a right to the expiring 30% schedule. Affiliates approved on or after September 1, 2026 participate under the revised terms below.

2. Commission

Through August 31, 2026, the prior 30% commission schedule remains in effect for currently approved affiliates and qualifying payments governed by the program terms previously accepted by those affiliates.

Beginning September 1, 2026, the standard program rate is 20% of eligible collected subscription revenue attributed to an approved affiliate. The eligible recurring plans under the revised program are:

  • Multi-Platform Reputation Growth;
  • Visibility Management; and
  • Complete Local Growth.

Google Review Growth, Listings Management, Managed Website subscriptions, onboarding fees, add-ons, one-time projects, usage or pass-through charges, taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, disputed payments, and any offer not expressly listed above do not generate commission. Review Dingo may offer separate, discretionary performance bonuses without changing the standard commission rate.

A valid referred subscription whose first qualifying payment is collected before September 1, 2026 retains the prior 30% commission rate while that customer remains continuously active and paid and the affiliate remains compliant. A tracked click, application, lead, or unpaid referral by itself does not establish a grandfathered commission rate.

3. Attribution

For a subscription whose first qualifying payment is collected before September 1, 2026, the attribution rules in effect before that date apply. Beginning September 1, a prospective customer must use the approved referral method and begin an eligible paid subscription within 30 days of the tracked referral. A subscription whose first qualifying payment is collected on or after September 1 is governed by the revised 20% schedule, even if an earlier click occurred during the notice period.

Attribution is determined by the program's records. Browser settings, deleted cookies, unapproved links, and incomplete information can prevent attribution.

Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, existing leads or customers, fraudulent activity, and referrals that cannot be reliably attributed are not eligible. If more than one affiliate claims a customer, the program's reliable tracking and account records control.

4. Recurring treatment, hold, and payment

An eligible referral earns recurring commission while the attributed customer remains continuously active and paid on an eligible plan. A commission becomes payable only after Review Dingo receives and retains the qualifying customer payment for 30 days.

Eligible balances are paid monthly after the unpaid balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry forward to a later monthly cycle. Payment is made using a method supported by the program and properly configured in the affiliate's account. The affiliate is responsible for supplying accurate payment and tax information.

Commissions earned before September 1, 2026 remain subject to the hold and payment rules in effect when they were earned. Beginning September 1, the revised 30-day hold and $50 payout threshold apply to later commission payments, including later payments connected to a grandfathered subscription. Grandfathering preserves the applicable 30% percentage; it does not preserve the prior attribution, hold, payout schedule, or payment threshold for future transactions.

Refunds, credits, chargebacks, failed payments, and disputed payments do not qualify. If one occurs after a commission was recorded or paid, the corresponding amount may be deducted from unpaid or future commissions.

5. Honest promotion and disclosures

Affiliates must describe Review Dingo accurately, use current approved materials, and clearly disclose when they may receive a commission. Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand and placed close to the recommendation or link. Affiliates may not make unsupported claims, guarantees, misleading comparisons, or statements that Review Dingo could not lawfully make itself.

6. Reviews and platform policies

Affiliates may not promise removal of negative reviews, promote review gating or suppression, solicit only favorable reviews, create or purchase fake reviews, condition an incentive on positive sentiment, or encourage conduct that violates a review platform's policies.

7. Prohibited promotion

  • Spam, unlawful calls or texts, deceptive advertising, or impersonation.
  • Bidding on protected brand terms, registering confusing domains, or presenting an affiliate site as an official Review Dingo property without written approval.
  • Publishing confidential information, modifying approved creative in a misleading way, or using customer information without authorization.
  • Offering unauthorized coupons, rebates, guarantees, or representations about pricing and service scope.

8. Brand materials

Approved program materials are licensed only for compliant promotion while the affiliate remains in good standing. Review Dingo retains all ownership rights. Permission ends when participation ends or when Review Dingo asks the affiliate to stop using a material.

9. Termination and existing referrals

Review Dingo may withhold amounts connected to fraud, refunds, policy violations, or material breach and may end participation when necessary. If participation ends without fraud, material breach, or a policy violation, valid existing referrals continue earning under these terms while each customer remains continuously active, paid, and enrolled in an eligible plan.

If participation ends because of fraud, material breach, or a policy violation, unpaid and future commission connected to the misconduct may be withheld or forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Brand-use permission and the right to make new referrals end when participation ends.

10. Changes and governing law

The program may be changed or discontinued prospectively. These terms and program materials will explain the effective date and treatment of existing valid referrals when a material change is made. These terms are intended to be governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The August 1, 2026 delivery of the transition notice begins the notice period for the revised schedule taking effect September 1, 2026. Continued participation on or after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. An affiliate who does not accept the revised terms should notify Review Dingo before September 1 and stop using program links and materials.
