Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information handled through the Review Dingo website, its audit experiences, booking and inquiry paths, and linked client services.

Last updated July 30, 2026

1. Scope

This notice applies to the public Review Dingo website, the Review Dingo branded audit experiences, embedded written-inquiry form, consultation booking path, client portal, and direct communications with Review Dingo. A linked provider may display an additional notice for information it handles through its service.

2. Information collected

Depending on how you interact with Review Dingo, this may include:

  • contact and business information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business name, location, website, and service interests;
  • no-access audit inputs and results, such as a public business profile, business category, selected keywords, geographic center and radius, competitor information, rankings, and generated recommendations;
  • connected-audit information that you expressly authorize a provider to access from a Google Business Profile, together with authorization, connection, and disconnection records;
  • consultation information, such as your selected time, time zone, intake answers, meeting details, and conferencing records;
  • written inquiries, messages, project details, client-portal records, and information needed to respond to or provide a requested service;
  • information from public business profiles and other public sources, and information received from approved providers that support the requested experience; and
  • basic technical records created when a website is delivered, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time, and security logs.

Do not send account passwords, payment-card details, government identification, health information, or other sensitive documents through a general contact channel.

3. How information may be used

  • Find a public business, generate and deliver an audit, answer an inquiry, or schedule and conduct a consultation.
  • Prepare, deliver, support, and bill for requested services.
  • Maintain requested profile connections, client access, and service communications.
  • Protect the website, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Maintain business, tax, legal, and consent records.
  • Send promotional messages only when permitted and provide the applicable opt-out method.

Requesting an audit or consultation does not by itself constitute consent to a newsletter or to automated marketing calls, email, or text messages. Any marketing consent must be presented separately from delivery of the requested result. Review Dingo will not place an audit or inquiry contact into an automated marketing campaign unless an appropriate consent or other lawful basis has been confirmed.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be handled by providers that support hosting, audit delivery, public-business data, mapping, Google account authorization, scheduling, video conferencing, email, communications, client access, payment processing, security, and customer support. They should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.

Review Dingo does not intend to sell personal information. Whether any audit-subdomain advertising, affiliate-attribution, analytics, or cross-context tracking configuration could be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under an applicable law depends on the applicable configuration and law. Review Dingo will provide any notices and choices required for the practices it uses.

5. Cookies and measurement

The rebuilt main website includes an optional Google Analytics measurement layer that is disabled unless Review Dingo configures it for a deployment. When configured, the Google tag is not requested and no analytics event is transmitted until a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” A visitor may decline or reopen the privacy choices control later.

The main-site configuration is designed to measure page use and controlled next-step events without sending names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, business names, profile URLs, selected keywords, or fine location. Advertising storage, ad personalization, Google signals, and session replay are not part of the approved main-site plan. Hosting, embedded-form, and security systems may still use technical storage or logs needed to deliver and protect their services.

Separate audit experiences may use analytics, tag-management, affiliate-attribution, or session-observation technologies. Those experiences are governed by their own notices and controls. The main website's privacy control does not govern a separate audit subdomain.

6. Google authorization and connected data

A connected audit should identify Review Dingo or the responsible provider, explain the data requested and its purpose, and request only the minimum permissions needed for the disclosed analysis. Declining a connection does not prevent use of the available no-access audit. The connected audit's authorization and privacy disclosures describe the Google data requested, how authorization can be revoked, and the provider's applicable storage and deletion practices.

7. Retention and security

Information will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, requested communications and service, contractual and support needs, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary for audit inputs and reports, connected-profile data, inquiry records, booking records, and provider logs based on the purpose, provider settings, and applicable legal requirements. Review Dingo uses reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in the message and may use the stated opt-out method for promotional text messages. You may also ask Review Dingo to access, correct, or delete information you provided, request disconnection of a linked profile, or ask a question about an audit record, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. Additional rights, including appeal or regulator-complaint options, may apply where you live.

9. Children and international visitors

Review Dingo services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Review Dingo operates from the United States. Visitors outside the United States should understand that information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by approved service providers.

10. Changes and contact

This notice shows its last-updated date and may be revised when practices or legal requirements change. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to allen@reviewdingo.com.
