- The standard subscription covers one focused website and normal page complexity.
- New landing pages, location pages, service-page campaigns, custom integrations, and large content migrations receive a separate scope.
- The initial term is 12 monthly payments of $249, or $2,988 in total, because the standard build cost is distributed across the subscription.
- The monthly price consists of a $199 website-service component and $50 managed hosting.
- The client retains ownership of the domain and rights in the original content and assets the client supplies.
- An early website transfer costs $199 multiplied by the unpaid months remaining in the initial term, plus a $299 transfer-preparation fee. Future $50 hosting charges are not included.

Why is there no large build payment?
The standard build cost is distributed across the 12-month initial subscription term, creating a lower entry point while keeping design, hosting, and care together.
What counts as a minor update?
Examples include routine text corrections, replacing an existing image, changing contact details, or updating a current offer. New pages, redesigns, integrations, and campaign work are separately scoped.
What happens if I leave?
During the initial term, notice can prevent renewal but does not remove the unpaid initial commitment. If you want to leave early and take the website elsewhere, the buyout is $199 multiplied by the unpaid months remaining, plus a $299 transfer-preparation fee; future $50 hosting charges stop. After the initial term, service continues month to month and can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
What is included in a website transfer?
The standard transfer includes the project-specific source and production files, transferable content and assets, basic deployment instructions, and one standard technical handoff. It does not include Review Dingo accounts or credentials, nontransferable licenses, internal business processes, future hosting or maintenance, or rebuilding the website on another platform.
What if I cancel without transferring the website?
No source files are transferred. During the initial term, the remaining payment commitment continues even if you request that the website be unpublished. After the initial term, the website is unpublished at the end of the paid service period following the required notice. If payment remains unresolved after the notice and cure period in the service agreement, hosting may be suspended. Your domain and the original materials you supplied remain yours.
