Revenue is only part of the picture.
The calculator first removes the variable cost of serving additional customers, then subtracts your service budget. It does not treat every extra dollar of revenue as profit.
All amounts are in USD. This is a planning scenario based on your inputs, not a prediction of customer growth or proof that Google Business Profile work caused sales.
- Additional customersMonthly customers × scenario increase ÷ 100
- Additional revenueAdditional customers × revenue per customer
- After delivery costsAdditional revenue × percentage kept ÷ 100
- Return after costsAmount after delivery costs − monthly service budget
- Service ROIReturn after costs ÷ total modeled service cost × 100
Break-even customers = total modeled service cost ÷ amount kept per customer, rounded up to a whole customer. At a 0% margin, additional sales cannot cover the service cost.

How should I estimate delivery costs?
Include the variable costs that rise when you serve an additional customer, such as fulfillment labor, materials, and transaction fees. If a $250 sale leaves $100 after those costs, enter 40%. The remaining amount helps cover the service budget and your existing fixed overhead; it is not final accounting profit.
Which monthly cost should I enter?
Use your agreed ongoing monthly service fee. The starting budget is Visibility Management at $399/month for one standard location. Edit it to match your scope or recurring service package. This tool models recurring monthly costs only. See current pricing and scope.
Why can additional customers be fractional?
The growth scenario is a monthly average. A modeled 0.5 additional customers per month represents roughly one extra customer every two months. The calculator keeps that precision in the math and rounds only the displayed figures. The break-even customer count is always rounded up.
